At Maadae Slow Fish, we source fresh & non-chemical seafood from coastal artisanal fishermen in Chumphon and Prachuap Khiri Khan. Our sustainable 'Slow Boat' fishermen play a key role to conserve the ocean's biodiversity with ethical tools & methods. They also do not use any chemical to preserve their catch. Maadae uses local & seasonal ingredients and seasoning products from small-scale organic and sustainable growers and producers nationwide & in Slow Food Community as much as possible.
